Angel believes that a focus on personal values and effective action-oriented direction is a critical component to success in all areas. By starting with understanding their personal values Angel helps his clients identify the crucial elements of what is most important to them so that they can focus their attention on how that guides their growth. This focus on personal values is what helps steer the course to Linking Passion & Purpose - where Life, Business & Spirit align.
Angel's focus on personal values with his clients is intended to provide opportunity to benchmark and guide choices around behavior, direction, business focus, career choices, setting goals, creating motivation, developing relationships, building clarity, providing a grounding point, guiding spiritual development, increasing focus and much more!
Angel's approach is based around building empowerment, supporting his clients' inherent skills and attributes, engaging personal values and finding what is most important as a guide for how to move forward with impact and purpose. His philosophy of Do What You Love, Love What You Do comes from a deep seated desire to see everyone find their passion and moving forward in life in ways that nurture their heart and motivate their dreams!
Background
Angel embarked on his first self-transformation process at 11 years old and took his first communication class at 12 years old. He has been studying human interaction, self-transformation, relationships, community dynamics, leadership and interpersonal communication ever since. In 2004 he began actively studying and pursuing conscious movement and practicing embodiment techniques. He began coaching in 2005 after a decade of unsatisfying work at a Fortune 100 company led him to realize that others needed support as well.
Angel has over 25 years of experience and training in interpersonal communication,
self-transformation, leadership, and community development, 15+ years
experience in business writing and training and 5+ years of experience
in embodiment. He has been an intuitive energy healer his entire life
and began consciously using Reiki in 2008.
Combining his personal, professional and life long experience he has created
a unique, insightful, compassionate and supportive style of engagement.
Angel artfully weaves together Personal & Professional Coaching, Reiki,
Intuitive Insight, direct honesty, compassionate inquiry and intentional
action to facilitate his clients self-healing, embodying their dreams
and living their fullest life yet! As a coach, intuitive guide, healer
and workshop facilitator Angel has worked both nationally and internationally.
Education
Angel is trained as a Solution-Focused Life Coach using NLP techniques
from Erickson Coaching International and is a Reiki Master Teacher. He
also has two degrees from Oregon State University - one in Computer Science
and the other in Economics.
